this is NOT a summer dish! the pumpkin pepper and cardamon give it more of a Christmas nuance. pretty heavy on pepper and garlic, if that's what you like you got it! the macadamia nut stuffing is a bit bland, some almonds could help make it a bit more flavorful, but overall really good
