This is my second batch of Julienne Bruno products. They sell out really fast. I had a chance to try their products once in Wholefoods and both, my partner and I, decided: these people have to be supported! :D
The red one is Superstraccia. I forgot to take the solo picture of it before I ate it. Sorry! It is a cream-like spread. If you ever had kajmak(kaymak), that is it. The texture is soft with little soft crumbs. You can use it as a spread or just eat it solo. I don't know how they do it but that is it. If it was more sour, I would think it is real kajmak. Recommended!
