Of the 4 desserts we sampled here, this was tied for first place alongside the Guava cheesecake.

The presentation was great & the caramel drizzle added nice flavour. It’s a big enough portion to share and you’ll probably want to as the cake itself is pretty dense.

If I were to critique anything, I’d like the sponge to be a bit fluffier and lighter. Still good and amazing to ditch 3 kinds of dairy! 🥛
