How often do you actually get to verify the #noodles they use in store? 🤩 All #organic and beautifully textured #yeemee 🙌

I was hoping they’d have something other than #tomato but alas… 🍅 At least it was great though! Though you are working with a ginormous portion here 😵

In terms of toppings there’s of course tomato, but they’re cool for using cherry tomatoes 🍒 but also there’s a good mix of #mushroom 🍄, cabbage 🚖, carrot 🥕, and choy sum 🥬 No #fakemeat or #protein of any sort as far as I can remember— So remember to add on their superb #tofu 😉

This could have been a touch more flavoured though 🤏 Perhaps a bit more salt or acidity. Just slightly lacking 🤷‍♀️
