These were crave-worthy umami-rich, tender marinated portobello mushroom skewers with onions, grilled and spiced with house-made suya spice. Served with a salad of red and white onions, tomatoes, and parsley, and with tender, sweet, caramelized plantains. Wonderful mix of delicious flavors. (Gluten-free)
