i’m a huge fan of this vegan ground beef substitute! it is seasoned well and i enjoy the taste. the flavor is pretty accurate and while it’s not 100% identical to ground beef alone, it holds up very well when eaten in another dish.
the pack looks pretty small, but it’s packed full of ground beef! even better, it’s heat to serve so my meals come together quickly. i’ve used these grounds to make taco salad, tacos, and some amazing sloppy joes 😇
i would totally pick this up again, and recommend it to trader joe’s fans and ground beef enjoyers (vegan ofc)!
