This consisted of hearty, savory, smoky spicy, and tangy soy chorizo mixed with melted 🌱-based cheddar cheese, plus avocado inside a homemade arepa that was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Served with a side of maduros (caramelized sweet plantains, fried until golden and soft, and topped with fresh 🌱-based mozzarella cheese) and guasacaca. (Gluten-free)
