This was my favorite of the two vegan sauces for the #cauliflowerwings. It's more of a dry rub compared to the sauciness of the tangy garlic. It is so #peppery and #tangy from the lemon. Such a strong and delicious flavor! The cauliflower is lightly fried and slightly crispy, the perfect amount. So happy the batter is vegan, as it's not most places!
