If I'm not wrong, instead of ALTN gyoza, this side dish now features steamed #sglocal #andso truffle gyoza with charcoal skin and truffle flavouring. Toothsome and 'meaty' filling with textured soy protein, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and little bits of crunchy black fungus for variety in texture. 🥟🍄 I seem to remember that the previous version had thinner and more tender skin, but the new version is still not bad~ Double truffle aroma as the dumplings were additionally drizzled in umami housemade truffle mushroom broth made using oats. 👩🏻🍳 Would also recommend the Creamy Truffle Mushroom Udon showcasing the same sauce!
