A lovely finish to a wonderful evening at Modern Love! We were both so stuffed after entrees (and we even ended up taking some leftovers back to the hotel) that I almost couldn’t look at the #dessert menu. But that would have been a mistake; I’d have missed indulging in this #cheesecake. Luckily we decided to go for it — no regrets!
This dessert features a graham cracker crust, #lemon cheesecake filling, and a #raspberry compote topping. #berrylover The crust had a slight spice to it, almost like speculoos biscuits; the (cashew-based?) lemon filling was creamy without being heavy or too sweet. #ditchdairy It can be topped with coconut whip upon request. I was really surprised to see that it’s #glutenfree! A beautifully presented and enjoyable dessert — $9. #omaha
