This #soup was pretty tasty! I wasn't really expecting a large bowl of basically just pureed #beets, but that's what this was. It had a little bit of some sort of coconut cream as well as some micro greens on top which gave a nice little texture variation. The flavor was great, but I couldn't eat that much all at once. I would have preferred a smaller portion but it was nice to have as leftovers and heated up well. It was a weekly special and priced pretty well at just $10. Very unique and very tasty, if you like beets 😅
