This is the second time I’ve tried this kimchi. It is extremely sour. It’s overly fermented and the cabbage has lost most of its crunchiness. It would be useful for kimchi stew or pancakes though.

Great review; as I’ve never tried kimchi I’d have no way of knowing what the texture should be like 🙏 💚🌱
