When I first became vegan, I ate a lot of these kinds of rice cakes. Most of the time I used it as a little snack and would have always had one with me to snack on. Later I also started to put hummus or peanut butter on them, to use them as an alternative as bread.
I should probably start buying them more often again, as they are really good, nicely salted and are more healthy than the snacks I started to have nowadays 🤭
