I had these baked in the oven and as they were, and they were really good! They were soft (not crunchy on the outside) and didn’t have a very strong flavour which I actually quite liked. They went well in a salad, or dipped in hummus. It says it is 100% carbon neutral but I’m not really sure how. If get them again!
