Tapa Ensaladilla Rusa no La Vegana — Avaliação do Madeleine (27 de fev. de 2024)

I couldn’t believe this was vegan! It tasted so much like real egg you’d swear it was in there! It was creamy but it didn’t leave a fatty aftertaste like some other vegan creams other restaurants have used for their ensaladilla. I loved the garnish of green olives on top too. A delicious dish.
