It was really good and took me quite a long time to figure out what that taste reminds me of - it’s sūreliai! (Small chocolate glazed curd desserts so popular in #lithuania). It’s because it’s not fruity, more like a dessert, but a bit sour, #nottoosweet. Also the texture of this is quite thick. If it was even thicker and grainy (like the curd), it would be perfect for making sūreliai🥺
