This was a fun find this week. Bac’n bits made out of pinto beans 🫘. Gotta love how versatile beans are!They have a nice lil pop of salt and gave a nice crunch to my kale salad 🥗
I love making salads for lunch and this is a nice easy addition. Now if only I can find vegan croutons 🤔
