I fed this vegan #cake to an Omni crowd for a birthday and they had no idea, haha! Until my sister let slip it was vegan… and there were surprised and slightly annoyed reactions as if I’d just force fed them something worse that a completely #crueltyfree #dessert 🙄 Honestly, sometimes I feel like Vegan food needs a rebrand - it’s so entrenched in people’s psyche that all vegan food is gross. But LOOK AT THE CAKE! It was spectacular. In the end no one complained, and I’ll keep bringing delicious vegan food everywhere I go without telling people and hope that one day it’s considered normal for vegan food to be delicious ❤️
