Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. This was so good! The Yo Egg was very realistic. The yolk runs when you poke it just like a real egg. The dish was so flavorful with the melted cheese and different sauces. It was also super filling. You can’t see in the picture but there is rice and beans underneath
