A different kind of salad 🥗

Thinly sliced #palmfruit meets #pomelo, #mint and #cabbage. Dressed with a zesty sauce and topped with #peanuts, fried #shallots plus vermicelli! It tasted good but I felt like it needed something else to be considered great. I would’ve loved some protein as well, some fried #tofu would’ve been great! #salad
