I thought I'd try this nut butter on half of my bagel #forthecents, and I definitely won't be reaching for it again. I'm someone who loves peanut butter and really has no need for a substitution, so these nut butters always fall flat to me. It's made with almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds. It has no added sugar. It has 7g of protein and 10% of the recommended daily requirement for iron. Traditional peanut butter has slightly more protein (8g) and slightly less iron (7.5%), so I'd say this is actually pretty comparable and gives me less reason to explore alternative nut butters.
