
First time trying Harvest Beat in #seattle. This #allvegan #finedining restaurant has a changing #tastingmenu based on #seasonal #local produce. The menu changes every 4 weeks. It is about $130/person so on the expensive side but it is an experience in itself with the wine or elixir pairings. You eat all courses at the same time as everyone else in the restaurant.
This #hibiscus #bloodorange #elixir was so refreshing and not too sweet. Went really well with the dish as well.
