The last time I was here I saw this beautiful drink being made and knew I had to ask about it the next time. This drink is automatically made with oat milk, but I know that Thai tea is traditionally made with dairy, so I asked the barista if it was fully vegan and she said yes! This drink is made with ceremonial-grade matcha layered over oat milk and their house-made sweet Thai tea. It was so delicious. I loved the mixture of the herbal green tea with the more astringent black tea that was mellowed out by the sweetness.
