Croissant de mango y coco no Roma Cafè — Avaliação do Valentina (1 de fev. de 2024)

They have a lot of #plantbasedfood in this café, even just of the #croissants there were 4 kinds this morning. This one contained a sea of #mango jam and was covered in #coconut .
However, it had a weird unpleasant metallic aftertaste that I have experienced sometimes in vegan bakes. I googled it and people say it might be sodium aluminum sulfate? I don’t know, but it’s the reason why I will not come back to taste more of their food
