It's still disgusting buying something that looks like raw meat, that's why I don't do that often.
It's surprising when you cook this and don't smell any dead animal, but it's still very realistic in terms of texture and taste.
I used it in a white lasagna with béchamel, swede and smoked tofu: seriously delicious.
Used it also for the filling of vegetable rolls: also very delicious!
So yeah, I'll overcome my prejudice and occasionally buy it again.
