i’ve been reviewing a lot of vegan cheese slices lately and it makes me realize that vegan cheese in general has come a long way! this violife cheddar tastes like cheddar, melts pretty well, and honestly i don’t miss the real thing at all!
this cheddar slice is pretty comparable to other vegan cheddar slices i’ve tried (like fyh), but i feel like it’s a similar product for a higher price and in the end i usually go for the more affordable option. while i was happy to try this, it’s not something i’d purchase regularly unless it was on sale because although it was good, it wasn’t exceptional.
