This whole grain rye bread is a dense German style rye. It has 180 calories per slice, 7 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein.. this bread has 7 servings per package it’s very filling . I like to have this in the morning . Good with butter and jam or as avocado 🥑 toast . Will buy again at Lidl. This bread is made in Germany. Yum . Chewy and dense delicious bread . With good amount of fiber and protein . Not bad ♥️
