Their croissant are sublime #droolworthy They are golden brown with a flaky, buttery exterior and a soft, airy interior. And in this variation they combine it with a delicious thin almond topping, again topped with #almond anf powdered sugar. What makes this perfect and a croissant to remember is the filling: #frangipane, an almond-flavored pastry cream, is used in this croissant.
