These “chicken” skewers in peanut sauce were incredible. The peanut sauce is so thick, creamy, and rich. I was scooping up all the cucumber salad to enjoy every last bit of the sauce.

The seitan is perfectly soft and pleased my dining companions as well. The whole restaurant is very #omnivoreapproved - they said the whole meal made them forget it was even plant-based.
