This is one of the best tasting pasta salad I’ve ever had, including the traditional non-dairy ones I’ve had in the past. The pasta is cooked to perfect texture, not too soft, the Brussel sprouts give a nice healthy crunch which pairs well with the tomato and olives, and then the real kicker, the creamy dressing. This was such a yummy lunch. I normally prepare my own lunch for my primary job, but since my 2nd job is right across the street from this place, I splurge and treat myself here.
