Delicious plant-based burger made out of soy protein, vegan truffle mayo, arugula, dried tomato and vegan cheese! 🍔🌱✨
The buns were extremely soft and fluffy, biting the burger was much easier and I didn’t get messy.
I would recommend to take the menu, the burger on its own looks a bit sad and unfulfilling - unless you plan on taking dessert, like I did ☺️
Was recommended by a friend to try this version because of the truffle mayo, totally approve it!
I’m planning on visiting this place again and next time I’m going to try the “Urubamba” 🥂🇪🇸
