A nice warm cup of ginger tea after a cold is perfect! This herbal tea is made with ginger, lemongrass, pink peppercorn, and anise. They brew it perfectly so the flavors are balanced and taste fresh. The ginger and peppercorn give a nice slight burn. I enjoyed the very faint licorice flavor from the anise. This was a nice stop on a cool day!
