I’ve had this bag of riced cauliflower in my freezer for some time; it was a little bit freezer burnt due to that but thawed out and cooked up well. It added some bulk (and a veggie) to my white rice and bulgogi dish. I’m avoiding Walmart purchases so I don’t think I will repurchase this one but can confirm that it is good quality, priced well and convenient!
