Ok-ish but I will not buy this one again. #Schlemmerfilet is a go to comfort food dish from the childhood times of many German Boomers. So my expectations were high. The consistency of the #fish part is underwhelming, the fish muscle part is dry and the #bordelaise part tastes very different from the original and boring. Schlemmerfilet needs to be fatty and tangy!
