My mom and I went to Food Basics to pick up a few things for Christmas and I saw this new recipe of the gouda block and gasped a loud!
I used to love gouda before going #vegan and I love the new recipe, so I was excited!!
It was absolutely delicious!!!! #yummy it was tangy and tart and just had such a good texture. I would get this again for a party for an easy cheeze and cracker platter. That is what we used it for - for cheeze and crackers. I also added 2 slices on top of my vegan patties at dinner :P
I am grateful my family is so supportive - all of the sides were either cooked with oil or vegan butter (there were also mini potatoes, not pictured).
The cheeze was $5. The other half of the block will be consumed tomorrow 😎
