This amazing #fullyvegan #buttermilk #pancake #breakfast made my heart sing ♡
Comes topped with #coconutbutter, #cashewcream and #maplesyrup. Side is a #mango #compote, #passionfruit gastrique and #toasted #macadamia nuts. The butter on top was so deliclious and flavorful. Pancakes with thick and fluffy.
It is a HUGE portion so I suggest splitting between two people.
