This dish was incredibly amazing #drool.
It was perfect! The #hashbrowns were #crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They had a nice seasoning too! And so much! #abundance
And the salad was so authentically pleasing lol. It was basically just arugula with some skinny slivers of beets and peppers, but the #watermelonradish was stunning.
Okay, now the main show stopper. The Benedict! Just what can I even say?! How do I find the words?!? Magical! Mouth-watering! Crave-able! Drool-worthy!
It had a buttered English muffin, sautéed spinach, a cornmeal encrusted tomato and the most magical #vegan eggs with a heavenly hollandaise sauce on top. Sprinkled with fresh chives and edible flowers.

It was either $20 or $22, so it was wildly expensive, but worth a splurge every once and a while.
This was so much food, I took half of it home. Love me a second-lunch!!!

The eggs sound really innovative but after reading the terrible things his former staff have shared about how he treated them, I can't support his businesses :/
