Preparé/Americain is made of finely grinded raw beef. I know, it sounds disgusting. It’s extremely popular in Belgium. But I’ve eaten many vegan alternatives and they are amazing!!
This sandwich is with tomatoes, lettuce, carrots and #veganaise . 🥪 #veganinbelgium
