With baked beans, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, grilled tomato, avocado toast, homemade vegan sausage, and roasted potatoes.
Incredibly tasty and filling, no substitutions required! Although this restaurant chain is not vegan, there are still a few vegan options such as this one already on their menu. There are a number of Carluccio’s restaurants in the London, UK area. Definitely worth a visit for breakfast or brunch in a pinch!
