Snacking Peanuts like I've never had before! I've had flavored nuts but not ones that were as interesting, flavorful, and fresh! Aromatic skin-on fried peanuts with tientsin chilies, alliums, makrut lime leaves, herbs. There were SO many flavors going on-- salty, tangy, a little sweet, a little spicy. The crispy onion skin had a lot of flavor and added a little extra crunch. I think these would be perfect to bring to a Holiday Party to share or leave out for grazing.
