The #rice was really interesting actually. Sticky and chewy but neither poorly (over)done nor glutinous by nature 🤔 This was all about the #monkeyheadmushroom though, and it was pretty well prepared in this #kamheong sauce and had such a beautifully juicy texture. Got a bit monotonous by the end because there was nothing else to this #riceset, but still a decent option 🙂
