Banana blossom, served in a #bananablossom petal 🍌 The #salad is the banana heart foremost, but more so than incredibly minty and lime forward. There were also these lovely carrot strips, which in hindsight may have actually been papaya 🥕

Regardless, what an awesome meal 🥗 The simple element of putting peanuts in everything already elevates #thaifood beyond so much else 🙌
