This is the best #veganthaifood I’ve had in #phuket so far 👏 This dish was phenomenal! They rendered the #jackfruit unbelievably soft 🤩

Flavour was also superb! Mildly #spicy and tangy from an amazing mixture of tomato 🍅 and parsley 🌿 I really can’t describe the flavour or texture in words at all. Absolutely #musttry! 🙌

Rice is free and they include options for white rice and purple rice 🍚 We went 50-50 on each 🌓

They’ve also got some pretty neat condiments — whole baked pieces of #chilli and some delicious smoky #chillioil 🌶️
