I deep fried them and they were sooo good.
Made with wheat #protein, breadcrumbs, wheat starch, onion, sunflower vegetable oil, flour, mustard and plenty other ingredients.
28g of proteins for the whole package (which I guess was supposed to be for two people but it was my dinner-for-one).
It was cheap, I think 2,5€
