Pesto Calzone no Floralia — Avaliação do bandita (12 de nov. de 2023)

This blend of pesto, sausage (which I think is made of vital wheat gluten), “goat” cheese, and pickled yellow peppers are spot on. 4 generous slices with their homemade dipping marinara sauce. Seems pricey at first, but I took this home and enjoyed with a bowl of salad, making this good for four meals for me. I just reheat in my air fryer. 

I had picked up another calzone (3 Cheese) for a friend, but while I was there, waiting to pick up my order, I was wishing that we were there to enjoy it. The ambience was so relaxing. String lights were on, pleasant crowd, and they were playing classical oldies music. This little hole in the wall would be a great place to bring and impress a non-vegan friend/family member.
