Noodle soup popular in Arunachal Pradesh, Darjeeling & Sikkim. Introduced to India by then Dalia Lama in the 1950’s.
Plum tomatoes, spring onions, mushrooms, turmeric, onions, carrots, beans, cabbage, green peas, selected spices. Served with buckwheat noodles, gluten-free Chinese five spice crisp, red cabbage microgreens.
A wonderfully tasting soup, full of nutritious ingredients. So good!
