This is a treat isn't it

I adore to make chocolate mouse simply by adding maple syrup and cocoa powder and blitz with food processor.

It works well crumbled into salads

Making a stir fry is OK but tends to break

Even eating as it is with added marinated of soya sauce spring onion and maple syrup 😋
