Yum! I bought this thinking it was a plain caramel/chocolate cake (I didn’t bother to read the label because it just looked so tasty) and was pleasantly surprised by the ginger flavour. It was super moist and gooey, with a date caramel icing decorated with pecans and ginger. Absolutely lovely.
