Probably in my top 3 of favourite vegan cheeses so far which is probably a controversial thing to say but I think as far as a good basic cheese goes it is the best. It really just has that plain, almost rubber like texture that your average block of dairy cheese has. It doesn't taste of coconut, it doesn't smell bad, it holds it's shape well.
Interested in the lentil protein in the ingredients as I don't think I've seen that in a cheese before.
