Review of Roasted Cauli at Analogue by xinru-t
Roasted cauliflower head which was charred and smokey on the outside, yet remained juicy and tender on the inside! Pretty impressive to me, since I've ever eaten a comparatively tough and dry roasted cauliflower elsewhere. Served on a bed of sweet pepper puree, gremolata (Italian condiment - green sauce made of parsley, toasted pine nuts, garlic, sea salt, lemon zest, and basil oil), alongside nicely seasoned crunchy fried chickpeas. 🫑🍋 Great combination of textures and flavours, albeit a tad pricey.
